On the road to Prince Edward Island
I'm new at this as this is my first entry so bear with me as I fumble my way through it. As many of our friends and family know we are planning a trip to Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, NB and our first stop will be Niagara Falls. Our youngest grand daughter Lindsey will be traveling with us. We hope this will be one of her trips of a life time. We will be leaving early Saturday morning and spend the first two nights a NF then continue on Monday morning. We will be traveling through the states up through Maine because of fuel prices as they are about a dollar more a gallon in Canada. Been planning this trip for a few years so we thought we better get off our butts and do it while the doing is good. (We are approaching 70). Still hope to pull the 5th wheel for a few more years, God willing. Anyway we will keep you all posted as we travel on. Take care, Dick.................

Hey, guy, sounds like fun. Have a great trip and with your granddaughter. That's priceless. Since we just had a new granddaughter, it may be a few years before we can do that. Muffin says "Hi" and we will all be anxious to see you in the Nov. that is, if we don't get washed away by "Dolly".

Well guys, we are excited about your trip. It sounds great. We sure hope you have enough money left when it is finished to join us again this fall in Alamo!
We've had a wonderful summer with the Omaha reunion, our annual trip to Illinois to see family and friends and then to Indiana to see the Talmage's. Then we learned it is back to Illinois in September as our daughter is getting married to a wonderful man that we adore.
Hurry with your trip because we are anxious to see you guys in Texas.
